Tips for the best results
LIGHT
- Aim to take the photo in the best light possible - natural light coming through a nearby window is best
- Aim for the subject to be evenly lit - avoid shadows
Quality
- Make sure the subject is in focus
- Use the best camera you have available - current iPhone models are great, as are DSLR cameras
Framing
- Make sure there are no objects blocking part of the subject - however much of the subject is in the photo is what the result will be
- For best results place subject in front of a contrasting background
Details
- Upload one photo per purchase - will yield one digital image
- For multiple watercolor portraits / pets, upload as many photos as you want portraits and increase checkout quantity (e.g. if you want 3 pet portraits, upload 3 different photos and increase quantity to 3 for checkout)
- Digital portraits will be sent via email within 1 week of purchase date
- If the photos uploaded are not up to quality standard, you may be asked to send additional photos - this ensures the best product for you!
